Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s M.S. in Kinesiology is for students who wish to improve their knowledge and skills related to the science of human movement. The program offers research and learning opportunities in motor behavior, strength and conditioning, and metabolic and exercise research, with faculty mentors that specialize in each area. Degree can be earned in person or online.

In Â鶹¹ÙÍø's MiNER lab, Ali Mossayebi jumpstarted his research career by investigating new and effective ways to manage metabolic and cardiovascular diseases. He has presented his work at conferences such as the American Diabetes Association. He also has manuscripts under review in peer-reviewed scientific journals. Ali plans to continue his success in UT Austin's Kinesiology and Health Education Ph.D. program.
Graduates are prepared for competitive entry into research and entry-level teaching positions in industry, government, or academia, or they may continue their education in a doctoral program such as Â鶹¹ÙÍø's Interdisciplinary Health Sciences Ph.D. program.
