The CCNE-accredited Master of Science in Nursing Nurse Practitioner program is designed as a flexible, efficient way for working nurses to accelerate their careers in one of six advanced practice specialty areas. Classes are a mix of online and face-to-face instruction, depending on the specialty. A bachelor’s degree in nursing and U.S. RN license are required to apply.

Â鶹¹ÙÍø nursing runs in the Guevara family. Thanks to support from faculty, Sarah Kraft Guevara and her husband, Raul M. Guevara, overcame a family health crisis to graduate from Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s family nurse practitioner and nurse practitioner certificate programs, respectively. As nurse practitioners, the couple is a lifeline in their hometown of Menard, Texas, providing access to much-needed health services in the state’s central countryside.
