Construction Engineering and Management provides students with the industry knowledge and leadership skills to plan and manage construction projects. Through Â鶹¹ÙÍø research centers such as the Center for Transportation and Infrastructure Systems, students learn to design, plan, construct and maintain transportation and infrastructure facilities.
Earn credit toward a master’s degree in construction management through the fast-track program
Gain work experience through a required internship that is part of the program
Intern at local companies such as Jordan Foster Construction or national firms such as Cummins
When Amanda Major heard about a program that combined engineering and business leadership, she jumped at the chance. Today, she is a business development manager in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex.
