The data warehouse contains employee and student information extracted from PeopleSoft and Banner which in turn allows end-users to extract data for reporting purposes. A consultation with the database administration team with help determine what the needs are and what data needs to be accessed. This helps keep Â鶹¹ÙÍø's data safe by only providing access to the data truly needed.

Complete the Datamart Access Request Form and have the department head approve it, then fax the form to 915-747-6484. Once access is granted, the user will be provided with the instructions on accessing the data requested.
