Steps for Students
This process must be initiated by a Â鶹¹ÙÍø employee. If you have not received an email at your @miners email account you that a trip has been created for you, talk with your trip organizer. Do not create a new trip in the system.
- An email notification will be sent to your @miners email account informing you that a trip has been created for you in the Miners Travel system. Within the email, you need to click the hyperlink provided and log in with your Â鶹¹ÙÍø credentials. Do not create a new trip in the system.
- Complete all items in each section (itinerary details, forms, and essential content)
Required Information
- Transportation & Lodging information
- Emergency Medical Info/Contacts
- Conference/Event Itinerary
Upload Required Documentation (picture uploads are acceptable):
- Travel Itinerary
- Release & Indemnification Form-Bilingual
- Proof of Medical Insurance or Insurance Waiver
- Driver’s License & Car Insurance ID (if driving)
- Click “Save” when you have completed all required sections
Until ALL students on the trip complete the required paperwork, the entire group trip cannot move forward for approval.
