The University of Texas at El Paso is committed to providing the highest quality educational experience to our online students. However, if a current student has a complaint, he/she should first follow the Â鶹¹ÙÍø Complaint process as outlined in the .
If the complaint is unresolved, the student may file a complaint with the designated agency in the state where he/she is receiving instruction or with Â鶹¹ÙÍø’s accrediting agency. Â鶹¹ÙÍø is a member of (National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreement) and thus recognizes reciprocity with . Students in may file a complaint with the agency in their state, or with the Texas agency; contact information for both can be found below.

Students within SARA states may file a complaint with the SARA portal agency in the home state of the institution or within their home state.
