Guest Parking
Guest Parking is a service provided to community members (non-Â鶹¹ÙÍø students, faculty, and staff) who are participating in organized, official Â鶹¹ÙÍø event. Digital permits are provided to the Â鶹¹ÙÍø host/event coordinator to send to community members. Requests must be submitted by Â鶹¹ÙÍø-affiliated host.
Please submit your official event by clicking on the button below and submitting your information.
HOW TO SUBMIT
- Submissions are requested at least 2 weeks in advance on the event.
- Events submitted within 48 hours of the event date and time will be considered last minute and cannot be guaranteed.
- Events will be reviewed for approval approximately two weeks prior to the event date/time. You may contact the Parking Office if a short-time frame is needed. Last minute requests may not be able to be turned around same day or with less than 48 hours notice.
- Student event submissions must also appear as approved on MineTracker.
Requests for street closures will be reviewed for any public safety concerns and recommendations.
